TolleTotum is a space dedicated to holistic support for the body and overall well-being. Through a naturopathic approach, I help people manage stress, fatigue, burnout, and other challenges of modern life. My goal is to support the body in a natural way and help each individual achieve more energy, improved well-being, and a greater sense of inner balance.

An iridology examination provides a holistic insight into the condition of the body by observing the iris of the eye. From this, I can identify a person’s constitution, areas of strain, and parts of the body that may need additional support. Based on the examination, I prepare personalized recommendations and a nutrition plan.

Honey massage is a special therapeutic massage using honey. It helps stimulate circulation, lymphatic flow, and the body’s natural detoxification processes. It is relaxing, while also helping with fatigue, tension, and feelings of exhaustion.
