At StartFit, we help you feel good in your body again. We are kinesiologists and physiotherapists who work with people suffering from chronic pain, recovering from surgery, feeling "stiff" in their lower back, or who simply want to become stronger and more flexible.

We start with an initial assessment and a discussion about your challenges and goals.

It doesn't matter where you are starting from. Whether you haven't worked out in years or are recovering from an injury, everything with us is completely individualized.

What you can take advantage of at our center:

Initial Kinesiological Assessment — mobility, strength, and posture measurements, along with a discussion about your goals
Group Kinesiology Classes — workouts are conducted in small groups where each participant follows their own personalized program. A kinesiologist is always with you to correct your form and progressively adapt your training plan
Physiotherapy — treatment for spine, neck, shoulder, and knee pain, as well as injury recovery
Massages — classic massages, sports massages, and relaxation massages
Everyday Advice — how to set up your workspace and what you can do at home in just five minutes
