WHO AM I?

I provide individual, couples/marital, and family psychotherapy and work as an assistant at the Institute. My therapeutic approach is based on Relational Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have also received specialized training in therapeutic work with children. In my practice, I address existential distress and integrate various psychotherapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented approaches.

EXPERIENCE

I have completed several thousand hours of therapeutic work with individuals, couples, and families. I have also accumulated several hundred hours of supervision and continue to participate regularly in supervision with licensed supervisors. In addition, I have completed several hundred hours of personal therapy, which I consider essential—because if I do not understand myself, I cannot fully understand you.

I serve as President of the Lotus Association for Psychotherapeutic Support.

I completed my clinical internship at the Franciscan Family Institute. I collaborate with the Vita Bona Family Institute and previously served as Secretary General of the Association of Marriage and Family Therapists of Slovenia. I have authored numerous scientific and professional articles and have presented at conferences both in Slovenia and internationally.
