In my private practice, I offer support to men and women dealing with various symptoms, distress, and challenges that limit us from living a peaceful, fulfilling life aligned with who we are and our true potential.

I believe that every step we take to get closer to ourselves, and to live in a way that feels right for us, is infinitely valuable, even if it is not always the easiest path.

Alongside psychotherapy, I place a special focus on supporting women in reconnecting with themselves, their intuition, and their authentic nature.

A key part of my practice also includes supporting individuals working through loss and the grieving process.
