Let me tell you my story.

When I first became a mother, I believed I could handle everything on my own—like a superhero, shortly after giving birth, I grabbed the wooden spoon and cleaning cloth, directing all my extra energy into taking care of the home, rejecting help even when offered, wanting to prove that "I can do this by myself." I didn't want to hear or understand the meaning of the "VILLAGE" we hear about from our ancestors—a community that embraces you and holds you up when you aren't strong enough on your own.

Then my daughter arrived. Two years later, and with a lot more wisdom, I truly felt what it means to have women by your side who understand. For me, that experience was like a soft, gentle cushion wrapping around you and tenderly lifting you above the waves of an exhausting, stressful, and lonely daily life. I realized that within the support of other women lies the very strength you feel inside, helping you truly blossom as a mother, partner, friend, and woman.

Out of this experience, Atelje za Ženske was born—a space where every mother, every woman, can find her spiritual, mental, emotional, or physical relaxation. It is a space to reconnect with yourself, feel empowered, and lighten both visible and invisible burdens. I believe that motherhood is the most beautiful, yet most demanding journey, and that this path is much easier when we walk it together.
